Zana Ventures & Insights: Taking it to the next level
Let’s Start at the Beginning…
We started out as CCF back in 2018, made up of Cryptic & LT. What began as two 13-year-olds trying to make a quick buck in crypto has turned into a full-time venture where we now build, invest, mine, and more!
Over the years, we’ve seen and experienced it all in crypto—whether it was the insane DeFi and airdrop runs, the Luna and FTX collapses, or the new Proof of Work (PoW) and AI mania.
Two years ago, after moving away from being active builders in the BSC scene (working on wallets, bots, etc.), we started building our own community. Today, we have over 200 active selected members who are genuinely contributing value.
How It’s Going
Fast forward to now, we’ve built an amazing community. But what’s even more impressive than our social media following or Telegram members is the learning curve we've gone through in this industry.
We started in crypto with less than $2,000 and turned that into seven figure amounts—an unbelievable amount for two 19-year-olds. And it wasn’t by chasing risky plays, but by building, mining, and investing in strong projects early on.
Over time, we’ve moved most of our wealth into more secure positions like Bitcoin, real estate, gold, and stocks to protect and diversify it.
Financially, we’re in a great place. So, technically, there’s no big reason to spend 12 hours a day in this industry—other than for the love of it.
What’s Next?
Recently, we’ve been thinking a lot about stepping back from crypto. It’s starting to feel less about passion and more about constantly chasing the next big hit. Additionally, we’ve seen an increase in attacks, phishing, and robberies targeting well-known people in crypto, some of which have affected people in our close circles. This growing risk has made us reconsider how we want to operate in the space, prioritizing both our safety and mental well-being.
Beyond that, we also want to shift our focus toward other aspects of life, like traveling, completing our university degrees, and simply enjoying more time away from the screen.
Don’t get us wrong—we still love crypto. But in order to continue in a way that’s both mentally healthy and aligned with our vision, we know we need to make significant changes.
As we got deeper into early mining plays, which have been incredibly profitable, we realized we needed more help. So, we hired two developers who now focus purely on mining, validating, and running nodes. We even built a small mining bunker to support our operations.
Moving forward, we’re focusing on scaling back our exposure, while continuing to build in a smarter, safer, and more strategic way.
So, How Do We Move Forward?
After a lot of thought, we decided to keep our community but reduce how active we are in discussions or any unnecessary drama. We had planned to launch a VC, but we came up with an even better idea.
The Birth of Zana Ventures & Insights
What is Zana Ventures?
Zana Ventures is our company that will support projects through angel investments and participate in early-stage rounds. We’ll also continue to run our mining entity and provide services across networks, building validators, offering computing power, and supporting projects we believe in.
The goal is to step away from traditional Crypto Twitter, and engage in the space more strategically.
What is Zana Insights?
As mentioned, we’re not too interested in spending a lot of time on social media outside of our Telegram community. But we still want to educate and share what we’re doing in the crypto space, just in a more focused way.
Zana Insights is our all-in-one hub, where we’ll post updates on our next moves. We’ve built a website to provide educational content, covering how we approach things and how to generate solid returns without overcomplicating it.
But we’re not stopping there. Alongside articles and insights into our strategies, we’ll be giving members access to some of the lucrative early-stage investment opportunities we find, including new PoWs, OTC deals, and even mining guides if the chance arises.
We’re not about technical analysis (TA). We’ve never focused on it and don’t plan to. At Zana Insights, it’s all about preserving wealth through smart, long-term moves.

What does Zana mean?
Zana refers to the Albanian mountain fairies, figures from ancient Albanian mythology known for protecting the village warriors nearby. The Zana were also connected to an Illyrian goddess, with Illyrians being recognized as the ancestors of modern-day Albanians.
Since LT’s roots trace back to the Albanian mountains of Kosova, we chose to make the Zana a central part of our identity. This is particularly meaningful for us, as we may be based in Albania in the future.

What’s the Cost for Zana Insights?
We’ve set a base fee of 50 USDT (via ETH) per month or 500 USDT for a 12-month subscription. For now, we’re capping membership at 50 people while we go through the beta phase and gather feedback.
If we lower the membership fee later on, everyone who subscribed early will get the difference back. Ideally, we would lower the cost over time.
